Do you have an Item Limit for consignors?

There is NO limit to the TOTAL number of items you can bring. We encourage you to bring your best items so that you sell a high percentage of your things. A consignor who brings 75 great items will do better than a consignor who brings 200 items that are poor quality and marked too high. You are limited to 300 items per consignor number. You can enter more under a new number. We are limiting infant, junior and maternity clothing to the following:

1. Infant Clothing: 25 items sized 0-9 mos PER GENDER PER CONSIGNOR.

2. Junior Clothing: 15 items sized 14 junior and up PER GENDER PER CONSIGNOR.

3. Maternity Clothing: 15 items PER CONSIGNOR.

What are you Accepting this Sale?

This is our Back-to-School/Fall event. We will be accepting shorts, pants, jeans, long & short sleeved shirts, sports clothing, tennis shoes, boots, sandals (but no flip flops). *See the "Acceptable Items" tab for more details.

What are my Consignor Options regarding printing barcode labels to stick onto my tags?

Option 1: Pick your barcode labels up at our "Early Bar-Code Pick-Up" (Watch the main page for details) and label your items (place the barcode sticker on the string tag) at home. When labeling, ensure the barcode is all on one side... if you bend/wrap the bar-code, it will not scan. Pre-labeling your barcodes at home will save you time during drop off! Then bring your already labeled items to the store on Drop Off Day. We will still honor the guarantee IF you bring your items to the store IN NUMERICAL ORDER as they were keyed in (Don't forget to print your inventory sheets and bring them with you!).

Option 2: Print your barcode labels at home using a COLOR PRINTER and ensure alignment is accurate. Follow the directions CAREFULLY that appear after you enter your items. Labels that are not printed correctly will have to be re-labeled in store during drop off. Label your items (place the bar-code sticker on the string tag) at home then bring your already labeled items to the store on our Drop Off Day. We will still honor the guarantee IF you bring your items to the store IN NUMERICAL ORDER as they were keyed in (Don't forget to print your inventory sheets and bring them with you!).

Option 3 - Email Jenn at jenniferpage@rhealana.com to have your barcode labels mailed to you for $4; it will be taken right out of your consignor check. No need to pay upfront.

Can I bring children to the Pre-Sale?

At this time you may NOT bring your children to the Pre-Sale. Just bring a tape measure and their measurements and enjoy a mom's night out. Children are welcome to attend on one of the public shopping days.

Can I be a consignor in more than one Rhea Lana event?

Yes, but you will need to enter your items online in separate batches and under separate Consignor Numbers. Register for each sale separately.

Do I need to assemble large items?

We require all items either come assembled or are assembled at consignor drop off.

How do I secure small pieces with Toys or Equipment?

Place them in a Ziploc bag and then seal the Ziploc with clear packing tape. This is important. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cImvXiyDv0g

When I sell items in a Ziploc bag, how do I attach the price tag?

First, be sure to affix the barcode label to the string tag; do not stick it directly onto the item or the bag. Then attach the string tag to the item and tag inside the bag. Make sure the tag is visible.

What if my item is not worth your minimum price guideline of $3.00?

If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a Ziploc bag and put one price for the entire group.

Should I iron my clothes?

Wrinkled clothes do not sell! We will likely send them home to you if they are extremely wrinkled. Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the more likely they are to sell.

Can I enter additional batches?

Yes, you may enter additional batches at no additional fee.

I don't smoke, but my husband does, what if there is a small amount of smoke odor in my children's clothing that I am bringing to sell?

We are not able to accept ANY clothing that has odor of any kind. When it is hung on the rack with other clothes, the odor spreads. We must be sensitive to children and families with allergies and we absolutely cannot sell any items with smoke odor, pet odor, or any other kind of odor. Clothing with pet hair is also not acceptable.
